What do you dislike about Athlete Network?

It requires quite a bit of input for best engagement. It takes a lot of attention before it becomes consistently effective. Hard to put in the time necessary to make it as effective as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Athlete Network?

I enjoy the ease of being able to connect with our alumni. I also appreciate the ability to create segments and tags for individuals and groups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Athlete Network?

Getting new members signed up or added to the email list is challenging. It would be much easier if there were a feature allowing the admin to enter information for a new account, which would then trigger an automated email to the individual so they could complete the sign-up process themselves. At the same time, it would be helpful if we could still send emails to them during this process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
